An experienced advisor in employment and business disputes, Mark Mayfield has represented employers of all sizes on operations in Arkansas and beyond.  He has handled administrative matters before the EEOC, Wage and Hour Division, OSHA and state agencies.  Mark has also served as counsel of record in various types of disputes, including  wage and hour collective actions, class actions, and agricultural disputes.

Mark has been recognized by Best Lawyers and Mid-South Super Lawyers for his employment work.  Currently, he serves as Chair of the Jonesboro Economic Development Commission and the Arkansas Access to Justice Commission,  established by the Arkansas Supreme Court.  His community service includes the Jonesboro Regional Chamber of Commerce (Past Chair) and Arkansas Bar Association Section on Labor and Employment Law (Past Chair).
